The Property

An entire private home for up to 19 guests — 21 with prior approval — thoughtfully laid out over three levels. Enter easily into the main level, with no steps: a light-filled great room, American-style open dining area, and chef's kitchen with wide-open views from the main areas. Two Queen bedrooms are on this 'no-step' entry level. Upstairs, the master suite and a large open sleeping loft; below, a run of bedrooms that each open onto the large lower deck. Everywhere you look, the Lucas Valley mountains.

Layout

Three levels, one home

A 3-level home with bedrooms on every floor — main entry in the middle, lower bedrooms on the shared view deck, and upper-level suites with the widest panorama.

Main entry level

Main entry level — No steps to enter

Front patio, great room, formal dining, gourmet kitchen, and a very large view deck — Bedrooms 1 (Sage Room) and 2 (Rose Room).

Lower level

All four bedrooms have private access via glass doors to a large shared deck with seating and mountain + Bay views — Bedrooms 3 (Forest), 4 (Sun), 5 (Sky), and 6 (Tree). Full bath and laundry.

Upper level

Panoramic views — Bedroom 7 (Master Suite) with ensuite bath and private view deck, and Bedroom 8 (Large Loft) overlooking the great room.

A great room that pulls everyone together

The main level opens — with no steps — into a light-filled great room with a soaring ceiling, chandelier and fireplace. Dining and the kitchen flow straight out to a view deck, so the whole group can be in one place without feeling on top of each other.

A kitchen built for a crowd

An open American-style gourmet kitchen with a 48" Sub-Zero refrigerator, gas range, and center island that seats four. The breakfast booth seats six to ten — cook together, gather for coffee, and spill out to the barbecue and the deck when the weather is right.

Multiple view decks and a balcony frame the Lucas Valley mountains. Quiet, green Los Ranchitos surrounds you — yet the Golden Gate, San Francisco and wine country are all an easy reach.
